place from <strong>Thursday, March 30, to Sunday, April 4, 2027<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Arrival and registration<\/strong>: Between <strong>2:00 PM and 4:00 PM<\/strong> on March 30th.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Opening ceremony<\/strong>: Starts at <strong>4:00 PM<\/strong> on March 30th.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Closing time<\/strong>: <strong>11:00 AM<\/strong> on April 4th.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3><span style=\"color: #991c16;\"><strong>Accompaniment<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">For participants attending as a group, we recommend being accompanied by an <strong>adult aged 25 or older<\/strong>. The accompanying adult is responsible for the group&#8217;s travel to and from the conference. <strong>During the conference, their role will be minimal.<\/strong> However, they will serve as a contact person for participants and may be asked to supervise their group at night if necessary.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Accompanying adults are <strong>welcome to fully participate<\/strong> in the program\u2014joining workshops, meals, and celebrations, and contributing their skills and ideas just like the participants. We believe in <strong>co-creating this event together<\/strong> with everyone involved!<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Regarding costs, <strong>there is no price distinction<\/strong> between participants and accompanying adults.<\/span><\/p><h3><span style=\"color: #991c16;\"><strong>Meals<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">All meals served during the conference will be <strong>organic and biodynamic<\/strong>, freshly prepared using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. Meals will be served on-site.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The <strong>participant fee covers all meals<\/strong> provided during the conference. However, it <strong>does not include<\/strong> meals purchased during personal travel or time spent off-site. <strong>No refunds will be issued<\/strong> for skipped or missed meals.<\/span><\/p><h3><span style=\"color: #991c16;\"><strong>Drugs and Alcohol Policy<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Connect Conference is a <strong>drug- and alcohol-free event<\/strong>. The following are strictly prohibited:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>The use or distribution of drugs<\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>The consumption of alcohol<\/strong> at both the <strong>conference site<\/strong> and the <strong>sleeping accommodations<\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Attending the program under the influence of drugs or alcohol<\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Smoking inside any building<\/strong> (designated smoking areas will be available)<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Violating any of these rules or failing to comply with this policy <strong>may result in immediate dismissal from the conference<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #991c16;\"><strong>Copyright and ownership<\/strong><\/span><strong><br \/><\/strong><\/span><\/h3><p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Route 360 vzw a<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">cknowledges and respects the Participant\u2019s customary right to own the rights to the commercial use of artistic or literary works created as part of or related to the Connect Conference. These works include, but are not limited to, music, photos, paintings, drawings, presentations, research papers, and similar materials, with the following exceptions:<\/span><\/p><ol><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Promotional and Reporting Use<\/strong>: Route 360 vzw may use the aforementioned artistic or literary works (if provided to Route 360 vzw in physical or digital form) for the purpose of promoting the Connect Conference and reporting to funders, free of charge. Participants must submit a written request if they wish to exclude specific works from this usage.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Legal and Privacy Exclusions<\/strong>: Any works that, if published, would breach Belgian law or infringe upon the privacy, integrity, or well-being of participants or others are excluded from this use.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Works Created for Route 360 vzw<\/strong>: For works created by participants specifically for Connect Conference\u2019s use, upon Route 360 vzw\u2019s request (such as lecture recordings, promotional videos, and published products derived from them), Route 360 vzw retains ownership and the right to commercial use.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Visual and Audio Materials<\/strong>: Route 360 vzw may use images, videos, and audio recordings taken at the Connect Conference for reasonable promotional purposes across all available platforms (including the Route 360 vzw website, Facebook page without tags, and flyers). These materials may also be shared with Route 360 vzw\u2019s funders as part of a final report. Participants must submit a written request to exclude their image or voice from this usage.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">During the event, photos will be taken and may be used for our communication purposes. Admission does not guarantee that the participant will be covered for any cost related to health or travel. This email will contain the Terms and Conditions and an Individual Registration Form. The Individual Registration Form needs to be printed, filled out and signed by every participant individually. Please send it back to us via email or post. Furthermore, this email will state the amount due for your Participation Fee. This amount has to be transferred to our account within three weeks after you receive this email unless otherwise stated.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If you are participating as a group, we ask that your group pays in a single transfer.
