General Information
The Connect Conference is an intercultural gathering that brings together participants from different backgrounds to exchange ideas, engage in meaningful discussions, and participate in workshops, lectures, and social activities.
Anyone who is interested in an enriching, intercultural experience is welcome to join! The conference is open to individuals from all backgrounds, whether students, professionals, or volunteers.
- When: Thursday, March 30 – Sunday, April 4, 2027
- Where: Mallekotstraat 43, Lier, Belgium
Registration & Payment
Registration opens on October 15. You can register by completing the registration form. Please note that your registration will only be confirmed once your payment has been received.
- €340 – For participants from Belgium and neighboring countries (The Netherlands, Germany, France, and Luxembourg).
- €290 – For participants from other countries further away.
- €380 (Support Ticket) – This option helps support participants facing financial constraints.

Please include your full name in the payment reference. Once we receive your payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
We believe financial constraints should not be a barrier to participation. If you need financial assistance, please contact us at info@connectconference.be, and we will work together to find a suitable solution.
Travel & Visa
Depending on your country of origin, you may need a tourist visa to enter Belgium. We recommend contacting the Belgian embassy in your country as soon as possible. If you need an invitation letter, please let us know
No, participants are responsible for arranging and covering their own travel expenses. However, financial support for travel may be available in certain cases. Contact us for more information.
Accommodation & Meals
The participation fee includes basic accommodation, you may be asked to bring your own mattress and sleeping bag.
Yes! The fee covers breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Other Practical Information
If you need to cancel your participation, please inform us as soon as possible. We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance, as we cannot guarantee refunds in case of cancellation.
By choosing the €350 Support Ticket, you help make the event accessible to participants with financial constraints. You can also register as a volunteer or give a workshop / lecture.
