Pricing
- €340: For participants from Belgium and neighbouring countries (the Netherlands, Germany, France, and Luxembourg).
- €290: For participants from other countries further away.
- €380 – Support Ticket: By choosing this option, you directly help other participants experiencing financial constraints to join the conference.We strongly believe that financial constraints should not be a barrier to participate. If the price is an issue for you, please do not hesitate to contact us (link). We will work together to find a suitable solution.
Meals
- Meals will be provided, starting with dinner on the opening day. Participants who arrive earlier are responsible for arranging their own meals.
What to Bring
- Clothing suitable for Belgium’s unpredictable weather (layers are recommended).
- A kitchen towel for shared dishwashing.
- Optional: A musical instrument for workshops or jam sessions.
Conference Venue
- The Conference Will take place at Mallekotstraat 43, 2500 Lier, Belgium.
- Accessible by train (Lier Station, Berchem Station) and nearby airports (Brussels Airport, Antwerp).
