Our Mission
The Connect Conference was created to empower young people to explore their potential to drive positive change. It provides a space for cultural exchange, meaningful discussions, and collaborative action.
Our Vision
The transition from high school to adulthood is a time of discovery and growth. Connect Conference supports young people during this journey, offering tools and inspiration to shape their roles in society and address global challenges.
Our History
The conference began in 2003, organized by the Youth Section in Dornach, bringing together Waldorf school students from around the world. It ran until 2009 in Dornach, Switzerland, and was relaunched in Belgium in 2015.
A second Belgian edition followed in 2017. In 2018, the Connect Conference was held in Slovenia, and in 2019 in the Netherlands. After a six-year break, the Connect Conference once again took place in Belgium in 2025.
Today, the event is open to all graduating high school students, not limited to Waldorf schools. Connect Conference 2027 aims to bring young people from around the globe together for a week of learning, connection, and inspiration.
